When we received our fresh hop shipment from from New Zealand, THE KIWI CONNECTION was just a question of time. The use of strictly NZL hops gives this IPA a different aroma profile from most of the US hops. Kohatu, Waimea, and Wai-iti used in the two dry hop additons, bring notes of peaches, apricots, gentle pine, and tropical notes, embedded in a pillowy malt bill. Hops: Kohatu, Waimea, Wai-iti.
